Maybe some people sailed in the sea and they saw the rainbow and they followed it to see if there was anything at the end. They saw the pot of gold and they wrote it on a piece of paper and brought one of the coins with them. They took the coin back and the piece of paper back and put them in the newspaper and on the computers for everyone to see. That is how the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow was discovered.

CASS THE COLOUR ROBBER
OUR BIG BOOK THIS WEEK HAS BEEN CASS THE COLOUR ROBBER.
He steals all the colours from nature and puts it in his colour sack. When everything is black and white around him he decides he does't really like it so he sets all the colours free.

A VISIT FROM ARROWTOWN FIRE STATION
We know what to do when the fire engine comes to our house. We do not need to be afraid of the firemen because we got to see them in all their protective gear.

LOOKING AFTER OUR TEETH
Janet our Dental Nurse came to visit us in Room 1 to talk to us about how to brush our teeth.
She said brush twice a day.
She said spit don't rinse.
She said use just a pea size blob of toothpaste on your brush.
Treats are fine but not too often.

REAL ART ROADSHOW
Today we went onto the Real Art Roadshow bus. It was full of contemporary artwork. We got to walk around and look closely at all the amazing pieces. We then got to draw a Monster Montage. We had to draw 5 different elements from 5 different pieces of art to create a monster. Have a look...
